Specifically designed to keep food at between 80 to 85 degrees celsius, complying with health regulations, the CROWN FOOD & SOUP WARMER uses a unique thermostat control system that holds the water temperature within one degree.
The thermostat control allows the water to boil in the heating tank thus heating cold soup in the pot to serving temperature. The thermostat is then turn down to 85° to hold food at serving temperature. Food keeps hot for hours without drying out. Both appliances use concealed elements.
Made of durable high quality stainless steel the FOOD & SOUP WARMER is ideal for caterers, take-away food shops, canteens in factories and child care centres, hospitals and sporting clubs.
