Chargrills

Powerful stainless steel burners are the engine room of the Waldorf 800 Series and Blue Seal Evolution Series gas chargrills.  Heavy-duty cast iron grates and radiants produce maximum heat to seal in the flavours of meat.
 
The chargrill’s inclined position incorporates a grooved, flare reducing grate fin design which runs grease into a collection channel. Interchangeable 300mm and 450mm drop-on griddle sections provide extra versatility.
